Who I Am.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who helps people find peace with their body and develop a more joyful relationship with food.
I specialize in nutrition intervention for eating disorders, GI disorders, and PCOS. I primarily see clients who want to recover from eating disorders like anorexia nervosa (AN), bulimia nervosa (BN), and binge eating disorder (BED). I also work with clients who struggle with digestive issues, like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) and those who are trying to manage symptoms of endometriosis and PCOS.
I practice in an evidence-based manner, meaning everything you hear from me will be based in science, not diet culture. We’ll take a practical, sensible approach to improving your health and wellbeing.
My style is holistic, meaning we’ll talk about your physical, mental, and social health.
Who I See.
I work with both children and adults who have GI and/or hormone issues. I work with adults who have eating disorders.
Where I Work.
Currently, all appointments are being done virtually (via telehealth). In non-pandemic times, I see patients in my office in downtown Corvallis, Oregon.
